The Energy Leadership Index looks closely at where (and how) you’re investing your energy. It’s an attitudinal assessment tool that captures how you currently perceive and approache work and life. Visioniche uses ELI assessments at the beginning of coaching relationships to uncover patterns and roadblocks. This is the first step in planing and adjusting priorities in support of your work and life goals.
